原本念的是商科，畢業後也在企業體系中工作多年。那時的我，一直努力在社會價值中尋找自己的定位，卻始終找不到真正的存在感與內在連結。

直到重新接觸藝術與身心覺察課程，我才重新聽見內心那個渴望創作的聲音。

禪繞畫讓我再次找到與自己對話的方式。

它不追求完美，也不需要比較，而是在一筆一劃中呼吸、專注與安定。

在創作的過程裡，我體會到——即使不完美，也能完整。

為了讓更多人能體驗這份創作帶來的療癒力量，我遠赴美國取得官方禪繞教師認證（CZT），並創立【愛文創藝工作室】，開展結合禪繞、曼陀羅與寶石主題的創作課程。

我希望每位學員都能在創作中看見自己、安頓自己，

讓藝術成為一條回到內心的路。

I originally majored in business and spent years working in the corporate world.

Back then, I kept trying to find my place through social expectations, yet I always felt a quiet disconnection within.

It wasn’t until I reconnected with art and inner awareness practices that I finally heard the voice inside me — the one that had always longed to create.

Zentangle® became the language through which I could speak with myself again.

It’s an art form that embraces imperfection and rejects comparison — a mindful practice of breathing, focusing, and finding calm through every line and stroke.

In this process, I discovered a liberating truth: wholeness does not depend on perfection.

To share this experience with others, I traveled to the U.S. to become a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT) and founded Aiwen Art Studio, offering creative programs that integrate Zentangle, mandalas, and gemstones.

Through each class, I hope to guide others to see and soothe themselves through art —

to make creativity a way home to the heart.
